What we collect

We do not ask you to create an account. If you use the contact form, we receive your name (optional), email address, message, the page you sent it from, and a one-way hash of your IP address so we can limit spam. We use that only to reply to you.

Calculators and tools

The alarm planner runs entirely in your browser; nothing you enter is sent to us.

Featured listing payments

Businesses that buy a featured listing pay through Stripe Checkout. We receive the business name, website, billing email, and payment status from Stripe; we never see or store card numbers.

California privacy (CCPA/CPRA)

We do not sell personal information for money. Advertising cookies can count as “sharing” under California law. You can opt out with the Do Not Sell or Share link in the footer or by declining advertising storage in the banner.

Children

This site is written for adults and is not directed to children under 13.
